Provide comprehensive recruiting services, including initial needs analysis, job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing and job postings. Compile HR indicators, analyze, report and identify trends with recommendations provided to support business needs. Maintain up-to-date HR files, personnel, recruiting, executive files and monthly statistical summaries and reports for management. College or university education in human resources management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment - Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, as well as a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You are bilingual in French and English
