Retirement Savings Program ~Training & Development ~ You are part of the senior leadership team with oversight of the Purchasing operations. Lead the Purchasing team, managing employee training, development and performance. Ensure purchasing activities are within budget while remaining competitive and highly effective. Assess metrics for the inventory in order to stay within budget. Manage and develop relationships with suppliers and vendors, and handle contract/pricing negotiations. Oversee and maintain inventory procedures As the leader of the Purchasing team, you are adept at directing operations and developing a high-performing team. At least 5-7 years of experience in purchasing within the manufacturing and supply space. Experience as a Performance Management Leader High-level skillset in vendor/supplier management and contract and pricing negotiations. Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
