Your New Role:

As a key member of the Service Sales team, you will play a vital role in achieving departmental and project objectives. This position involves working on a diverse range of mechanical service projects across various sectors, including commercial, retail, manufacturing, and institutional markets. You will be responsible for preparing estimates for our various service offerings and developing custom solutions adapted to the customers' needs. You will liaise, consult, and communicate with our business partners, including suppliers, sub-contractors, utilities, and inspectors support the service team, and maintain strong communications with technicians in the field. You will arrange for the purchasing of materials and assist in the scheduling, planning, and implementation of secured projects. You will travel to various sites or clients to undertake the above tasks and be accountable for tracking developed and potential opportunities within our sales tracking interface.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial and Industrial mechanical systems or a related technical field, such as HVAC and/or Combustion. Experience with Building Automation controls is considered an asset. Previous involvement in the service business and mechanical project management would also be advantageous. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of HVAC/Mechanical systems and proficiency in MS Office . We are looking for someone willing to travel within the greater Vancouver area.
