The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to, all activities involved in supporting the Fleet Maintenance Team. Responsibilities will include scheduling maintenance and repairs, coordinating work orders, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities and vehicle histories. Daily data entry of maintenance, rental and lease documents/invoices. Data entry of warranty invoices.
