HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR FULL-TIME Our client is a SaaS organization with an exceptional reputation for delivering excellence and providing top quality services to businesses across the world. To support their growing team, they're looking for an HR professional with a consultative approach to advise on best practices and solutions. Teambuilding & social events You will be the go-to expert for Human Resources and Employment Relations, you provide integral support to the business's clients. Manage phone calls and communications with clients who require support. Engage in continuous learning and development, keeping up with any changes to HR and employment legislation and standards. Track KPIs and ensure performance aligns with or exceeds expectations in order to be successful. Upload all provided advice and solutions to Salesforce and other systems for records. Ensure to perform in accordance with company policies, procedures, and protocol, and escalate cases when needed. You are an HR and Employment expertise who enjoys playing a supportive, external-facing role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being on-site. A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience. Thorough knowledge of HR and labour legislation and standards. Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills. Solid ability to organize time and juggle multiple urgent priorities.
