Lead a team of technologists who are passionate about the technical aspects of design, and who are committed to delivering projects that set new benchmarks for excellence. Drive technical innovation in office design, exploring new materials, technologies, and methodologies to enhance project outcomes. Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate technical requirements seamlessly into design solutions, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Must possess a valid Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) in the relevant jurisdiction Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate interior design, with a strong focus on the technical aspects of projects. Exceptional knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design and construction.
