Construction Territory Manager (Barrie, Ontario)

FULL TIME, PERMANENT

Location: (REMOTE) – Barrie, Ontario (MUST LIVE IN BARRIE)

Hours: Mon-Fri (+occasional weekend day) – 8:30am-5pm - (40 hours/wk.)

Salary: TBD

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring efficient sales operations within your assigned territory. You will successfully devise sales strategies, analyze data, address customer concerns, and identify sales opportunities to help grow the business in the form of obtaining new customers.

Duties:

  • new customers and projects through sales prospecting (Business to Business – Commercial and Industrial).
  • a leadership role on projects from start to finish.
  • up with and providing ongoing customer service to existing customers to ensure repeat and referral business.

  • or exceeding all sales targets and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • to develop customers through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • School graduate.
  • 1-3 years of successful outside sales experience (Business to Business sales experience in the Construction, Industrial or Commercial industry).
  • to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Management experience is considered an asset.
