As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions to solve complex business problems and drive innovation. Your expertise in AI algorithms, data analytics, and software engineering will be instrumental in advancing our organization's AI capabilities and delivering value across various domains. Design and develop AI/ML models, algorithms, and applications to address business needs, leveraging techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. Data Collection and Preprocessing: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to build high-quality datasets for training and testing AI models. Implement data pipelines and workflows to automate data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering processes. Model Training and Evaluation: Train, validate, and fine-tune AI/ML models using appropriate algorithms and techniques, optimizing performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Deployment and Integration: Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms to track model performance, detect anomalies, and facilitate model maintenance and updates. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning in AI development. Share best practices, tools, and techniques with team members through workshops, training sessions, and technical documentation. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field required; Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI solutions from concept to deployment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and AI/ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning. Experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
