Title: Project Coordinator

Hourly Salary: 42.00 - 43.50 $/HR+ 44 hour weeks

Overtime: 63.00-65.25 $/HR+

Per diem: 140$/Day (for room & board)

Work day: 6 days per week (Sunday off) – potentially 60 hours/week

Location: Windsor Ontario

Reporting to: Program Director

Audience: Superintendents, field personnel, trade partners and client representatives.

Project Duration: 12 months (after completion more work to come)

Responsibilities:

 Review and be familiar with all aspects of the contract documents, drawings, specifications, details, and scope of work.

 Familiarize yourself with Procore for Drawings/RFI's, etc.

 Develop work packages for upcoming scopes; work with the scheduler to review priorities.

 Support Field Crews and liaison with the PM and Other trades to ensure open work fronts are ready to start as planned.

 Review Materials and Consumables to ensure they are in the correct location ahead of time and ensure the necessary quantities are available. This includes panels, track, assembly materials.

 Ensure the correct type of equipment is available ahead of time to support these tasks.

 Confirm the work is being completed as planned, document deviations.

 Support with populating progress reports activities for the previous week and planned activities for next period.

 Support the Maintenance of logs for: material requisitions; purchase orders; construction equipment.

 Support the PM/superintendent with estimates to develop scope changes and/or trends.

 Materials Work packaged set up right product, right equipment, right location, on time for work.

Logistics:

After hours: sometimes on high risk/reward deliveries (example concrete pours)
