Our services revolve around building envelope maintenance and repairs. We're currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, committing 40 hours per week. We're on the lookout for someone who's not just detail-oriented and flexible, but also possesses a flair for both accounting and finance. Your primary responsibility will be providing administrative support, especially in accounting and finance-related tasks. Must be willing to relocate in the GTA Administrative Assistant - Full-time Position: As the Administrative Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. From overseeing administrative tasks to coordinating office procedures, your efforts will contribute to fostering a productive and enjoyable work environment for the Nusens team. This is an entry-level role, salary is dependent on experience Reception work such as answering the phones, relaying messages to appropriate personnel, and greeting clients Manage the maintenance of the office and all its equipment to ensure functionality Order supplies and groceries for the office, ensuring inventory is stocked and readily available Provide administrative support with tasks such as documentation and record-keeping Accounts payables and accounts receivables Provide ad hoc support around office as needed Microsoft 365: Demonstrated experience in administrative and office management roles ~ Exceptional phone and client care skills ~ Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms ~ Dental care On-site parking
