Hays has partnered with a well-known residential builder that are currently looking for a Superintendent to join their team in Calgary. This role would be managing multiple 4-6 storey wood frame apartment builds. Your new role As the Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing multi-family apartment builds from start to completion. You will also be responsible for ensuring optimal quality on each job site. Managing schedules, working with sub trades and coordinates with project management will be integral for this individual.
