Bayshore Home Care Solutions Brantford Branch is looking for passionate and caring Registered Nurses (RN) for community nursing roles, with a mixture of visit nursing and shift clients in the Delhi area of Norfolk County. Full time, part time and casual options Work Location: Delhi, Norfolk County Morning/Days, Afternoon and evening hours What you'll be doing: As an RN, make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in their community. This includes but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention. As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs. You will teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of workers and client family members while maintaining our industry's highest level of practice. You are the nursing care expert for your community. With our efficient work schedules, you will be focused more on care time and less travel time.
