You are comfortable with the responsibility of overseeing a variety of functions including equipment, service, installations, customer service, logistics and controlling business expenses You enjoy working collaboratively with others seeking to build relationships across the business and accessing corporate supports You enjoy working with the numbers, having previous experience managing Profit and Loss statements You know how to manage to key performance indicators (KPIs), understanding the importance of metrics and analysis in success and measurement You have comparable experience operating within a corporate matrixed environment, understanding the nuances of formal and informal communication and processes You possess a post-secondary education in Business, Commerce or equivalent with seven to ten years of related Operations Management experience. As well as experience in a customer service, equipment, and service environment You must have advanced computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office products with your excel knowledge at an intermediate level. Previous experience working in dental, or a comparable healthcare industry is an asset. Your favourite words are operations manager, manager, management, operations, logistics, customer service, service, technicians, and expense management.
