The Clinical Program Manager is primarily responsible for providing clinical guidance and supporting the implementation of clinical programs aimed at improving patient care, outcomes, and operational efficiency. Collaborating with other departments and community partners to enhance services and support integrated care. Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a mental health or healthcare environment. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional mental health services.
