Rize HR is currently searching for a Superintendent, Construction (high-rise) with great leadership skills to join one of Vancouver's top construction companies. Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Conduct regular site walkthroughs to monitor progress and quality of work - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Collaborate with project manager, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met - Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site - Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficient in construction estimating and budgeting - Experience with construction management software such as ProCore - Strong attention to detail and quality control - This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.
