Providing nursing care within the scope of the LPN practice Using sound nursing principles to ensure excellent care is delivered to all residents in assigned home area(s) Ensuring safekeeping of controlled drugs and narcotics Participating in care planning and support residents to meet their goals by adhering to their care plan Collaborating with all stakeholders to foster an atmosphere conducive to optimal care. This includes residents, family members, multidisciplinary team members, unregulated health care providers etc. Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with with appropriate LPN associations Current First Aid with CPR Proven experience in leading unregulated care providers.
