Assistant Store Manager Reporting to the Store Manager, Kal Tire is hiring a versatile Assistant Store Manager inNorth Vancouver, BC. You will be responsible for assisting the store manager in the day-to-day management of the store, fostering an environment that values teamwork, excellence, and customer satisfaction. You will influence and mentor others to fit into a strong cultured team at this location, drawing upon your passion for outdoor activities to create camaraderie and shared interests among the team. As a front-line leader, you play a variety of roles in the store, from sales and service expert, to coach, administrator, manager, and more. The position requires the person to travel within Vancouver/Burnaby for the training period. Interested in the automotive industry and like working within ahigh-energy,fast-pacedteam environment. Managing administrative duties such as payables, cash reports, etc. Implement and promote store-wide sales and promotions. Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals. You have a high school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training.
