We're in search of a dedicated Sales Cold Calling Specialist to join our team at Mad Science, specifically for our Corporate Locations which are based in Los Angeles, Maine and Chicago. In this role, you'll be instrumental in broadening our outreach and advocating for our science programs among schools, parents, companies and community organizations. Conduct outbound cold calls to schools, PTAs, community centers, companies and other potential clients to introduce Mad Science programs, Clearly communicate the benefits and value of Mad Science programs to prospective clients, Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team to further discuss program details and close deals, Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system, Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion, Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Previous experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing roles, preferably in the education or children's entertainment industry Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes Passion for education and a genuine interest in inspiring children through science Comprehensive training and development programs Opportunity for career advancement within Mad Science If you are enthusiastic about sales and passionate about education, join us at Mad Science and help us spark curiosity in children across multiple locations.
