Understanding of problem statements
- Develop concept based on problem statements
- To work as a Onsite Piping / Mechanical engineer and site coordinator between client offshore and client office for project
- To have detailed understaind of Mechanical / Piping discipline deliverables, workflow and procedure
- Review of Piping GAs, ISOs package, Stress system, Model review, Tag closure
- Expereince of PDMS, E3D, Laser Scan software
- Co-ordination with project stakeholders (SPOC, client offshore & client team)
- Responsible to prepare markups if required and feed to engineering client offshore team for design.
- To have basic understanding of multiple disciplines requirements (i.e. Process, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation team) and provide inputs to the client offshore team.
- Data collection from the Site and client team.
- Shall have experience in Brown field projects execution
- Understand Project Scope and objectives forPre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Engineering Projects
- Perform Filed Verification, Gather Project relevant technical documentation, conduct Project Review meetings
- Area identification and scope clarification with client SPOC.
- Conduct design review session with virtual teams.
- Analyze the impact of change in current design as per new requirements.
- Organize meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Clarification and alignment of any concerns with SPOC.
- To provide engineering supports to client during RFI.
- Collection of formal acceptance and approvals on engineering and design packages from the SPOC.
- Site visit with the SPOC and others as required
- Prepare scope of work (SOW) documents.
- Review technical proposal with client offshore and SPOC.
- Extensive Travel is expected as Projects are located at various locations in Canada
- Extensive Travel is expected by Onsite Team as Projects are spreaded across Canada locations
- Clarification of technical queries client offshore and SPOC.
- Review of client offshore output / deliverables.
- Verifications of existing drawings.
