Our client is searching for a Senior Management Consultant to support the ERP Program Manager and Director in the delivery of the organization's ERP Transformation Program.

Duration: 1 year contract, possibility of extension

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver

Must Have

1. 10+ years' experience in authoring business cases, authorizations fundings, and other justification/business critical documents for funding
2. 6+ years of experience in large ERP technology transformational programs, particularly in translating technical concepts into business-friendly terms and communications
3. Strong experience in managing stakeholder communications and relationships
4. Experience working with multiple 3rd party systems integrators and technology product vendors
5. Experience delivering program management activities in coordination with project managers and other team members including but not limited to issue/risk investigation, documentation, and resolution

Responsibilities

• Supporting the ERP Program Manager and the Director of Enterprise Solutions and Analytics in the delivery of key program functions
• Writing business cases to authorize funding and other justification/business critical documents
• Delivering program management activities in coordination with project managers and other team members including but not limited to issue/risk investigation, documentation, and resolution
• Facilitating key meetings and discussions with team members, coordinating agendas and documenting meeting minutes/discussions
• Organizing and managing program-level documentation
• Drafting key communications related to ERP program management activities
