We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to enhance our team's capability and ensure our operations run smoothly. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be instrumental in managing our workforce needs, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Your role will support the day-to-day operations of our HR department, aiding in the development and implementation of policies that foster a safe, productive work environment. Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. # Manage employee relations, providing support and resolving issues to maintain a positive work environment. # Coordinate company events, from planning through execution. # Create and maintain HR documentation, such as employment letters and policy updates. # Liaise with various departments to support HR initiatives and respond to inquiries. A proactive individual with a passion for HR and a keen understanding of the construction industry's dynamics. Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to decision-making. Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or Occupational Health & Safety. 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
