As our Compliance Analytics Lead, you will work directly with our Legal and Trust and Safety teams. You and your team of embedded analysts will work in a cross-functional environment to understand requests from these partners, explain the data available across many sources including how it was generated, and collect data to answer business questions. This role spans many responsibilities including finding, verifying, organizing, and delivering the data that is critical to ensuring the safety and happiness of our players. Work with analytics, finance, programming, and platform partners to source domain-specific technical knowledge and data, develop an understanding of business processes, and document data lineage Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication competencies to advise our partners on the complexities of our data Collaborate across the business to proactively identify changes in data needs and/or new data requirements arising as a result of partner requests Manage and execute regulatory reporting to the highest standard of accuracy At least five years of hands-on experience in analytics and/or data management At least two years of experience managing other analysts or data scientists Experience partnering with non-technical stakeholders (legal or government settings strongly preferred) Must have hands-on experience and proficiency with SQL and other database technologies (e.g. Comfortable working with complex data sets, systems, and processes We pay 100% for benefits for both employees and dependents and offer coverage for supplemental medical, dental, vision, critical illness, telemedicine, Life and AD&D, long term disability insurance as well as weekly indemnity (short term disability) and a retirement savings plan with a competitive employer match.
