We have a great full time customer service agent job within Saskatchewan! Train from home and work from home! We offer paid training!

Successful candidates must provide and use their own equipment. As a condition of employment, the device must meet the requirements. Interested applicants are required to provide proof of minimum specs (outlined below) by attaching their validated completion. We offer a TAX FREE equipment reimbursement program of up to $200.

Starting wage $14/hour + 4% vacation pay

We have permanent full-time opportunities and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the business operating hours of: Monday to Sunday: 7:30am to 9:30pm CDT

This position starts on May 13th, successful candidates MUST be available to start

Responsibilities:
– Assist customers who are inquiring about new products and services
– Assist with customer related billing solutions in an engaging and professional manner
– Document customer accounts accurately
– Marketing new products to existing customers
– Resolve customer account discrepancies
– Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
– Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations with the opportunity to earned additional compensation

Must use your own device. The device must:
– Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
– Have at least 8GB of RAM (memory)
– Have at least 500MB of free space (storage/HDD)
– Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
– Webcam
– Headset

Qualifications:
– Must live in Saskatchewan (anywhere within the province is fine!)
– Ability to work flexible shifts
– Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine appropriate course of action
– Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong computer and data entry skills
– Experience working in customer service. Experience in accounts receivable or contact center experience is an asset
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Sales experience is an asset
