What will you be doing?

The ideal candidates will have experience in some of the following:

1. Deep understanding of the Polish power market including market fundamentals, market design, policy and regulation, and commercial structures
2. A passion for the energy sector, a curiosity to learn, and a growth mindset
3. Experience in commercial structures, assessing routes to market for power generation assets and designing business models in energy markets
4. The ability to take ownership and deliver results in client-facing environments
5. Ability to analyze and interpret data
6. Willingness to work occasionally in different market contexts and themes, or support model development
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills and a track record of effective teamwork
8. The ability to manage projects day-to-day and oversee inputs/outputs from the modeling team

Essential languages: English and Polish language skills (additional languages are a plus)
