Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Alignment

    Understand the strategic needs of the company and talent requirements, and in conjunction with HR Director, align HR strategy to meet business needs.

    Collaborate with business units to ensure HR initiatives support overall goals.

    Lead HR projects such as employer branding initiatives, benefits plan optimization and employee events to support the organization.

  2. Talent Management

    Identify talent needs for different business units and develop recruitment strategies to drive recruitment efforts, focusing on strategic hires and cultivating a diverse workforce.

  3. HR Expertise

    Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering professional growth and development.

    Interpret HR strategies, policies, guidelines and programs.

    Provide expertise in areas such as compensation, benefits, performance management and employee relations.

  4. Consulting and Coaching

    Provide consulting and coaching to branch and department managers.

    Support the business vision, mission and overall objectives.

    Align our people management with business strategy.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership.
  3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
