Accounting - Parkview BMW Full Time Toronto, ON

Parkview BMW is looking for a Junior Accounting Clerk. The ideal candidate will have experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, be detail-oriented and have an educational background in Accounting.

• Profit Sharing

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle processing of accounts payables and receivables
• Balance, post and reconcile vehicle deals
• Maintain and reconcile schedules on a regular basis
• Assist with year-end procedures and any audits
• Act as backup for bank deposits
• Order and maintain all office supplies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education - Accounting Diploma preferred
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is considered an asset
• Previous accounting experience in an automotive dealership is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills; with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
