The Vancouver Board of Education (VSB) welcomes applications for the position of: Permanent ELEMENTARY Teachers A Permanent Teachers On-Call (TOC) is a full-time continuing employee who will be placed in to long-term temporary positions (i.e. medical, parental leaves etc.), a continuing contract or work day to day in various Elementary Schools.
