As a skilled Embedded Software Security Engineer, you will become an integral part of a team involved in the development of the leading-edge Wi-Fi solutions. Engage in security standard validation initiatives, contributing expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Develop system software that complies with FIPS-140, LINCE, and/or Common Criteria requirements. Perform comprehensive security analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and strengthen overall system security. Design/Develop software independently and rapidly in an Agile environment. Participate in maintaining the existing products and provide engineering support to the customer. Take ownership of software modules to provide work estimates, write all the necessary documents, implement, unit test and maintain software components. 5+ to 15 years of Strong skills in C/C++/Python for real-time, embedded systems development. ~5+ years of Extensive experience developing real time embedded applications for Linux. ~ Familiarity and experience with networking technologies. ~ Solid verbal and written communications skills. ~ Experience using Agile, Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development ~ Extreme Networks, Inc.
