Competitive Salary : $100,000-$140,000, based on competencies and applicable experience

This is an in-office position offers flexible start times, one Friday off per month, and work-from-home days available upon request. Free on-site parking available.

Role Overview

In the role of Project Engineer/Manager at Enginuity Consulting Ltd., you will lead and manage multidisciplinary technical projects from inception through to execution. This position functions as a pivotal interface between internal resources and external stakeholders, ensuring that all project objectives—technical, financial, and schedule —are achieved with excellence. You will serve as a key contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering relationships and ensuring project cohesion and success. Your leadership will guide project teams through the complexities of planning, executing, and delivering engineering solutions that meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Delivery : Lead project delivery efforts of assigned engineering projects by developing definitions, concepts, and planning scopes of work and oversee progression with oversight of service and package delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Manage client interactions and other stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth project progression and successful delivery.
  • Change Management : Oversee and manage change and cause and effects between disciplines and requirements to manage impacts to projects technically, financially, resources, plans, and schedules.
  • Technical Consulting : Provide technical and project advice to clients, leveraging support from Professionals of Record.
  • Resource Management : Plan project delivery by efficiently allocating resources and manage changes to meet project demands
  • Quality Control : Oversee compliance with user regulatory and code requirements through proactive quality control and risk management.

What We Need from You

  • A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Architectural, or Facilities Engineering.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a multidisciplinary engineering environment (EPC, EPCM, IPD, etc.).
  • Strong technical knowledge across various disciplines and a passion for learning about new industries and projects.
  • Ability to commute reliably with your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • P. Eng. designation is a strong asset.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
