OUTREACH SERVICES WORKER TRAINEE
Description
Reporting to the Supervisor of the Katlodeeche First Nation Victim Services Program, the Outreach Services Worker will be required to promote and deliver a comprehensive service of information, support and referral to victims of crime within the South Slave Region. (Kakisa and Fort Resolution region)
Qualifications:
– Must have knowledge and sensitivity to multi- cultural issues
– A Class 5 Drivers License is required
– A Clear Security Clearance from the RCMP is mandatory
– Computer skills using Microsoft Office, Outlook Express and other software programs
– Ability to deal effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds
– Must possess superior communication skills, tact, initiative and inter-personal skills
– Must have the ability to work in a cross cultural environment
