- Education: Graduation with a degree in mining engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering specialty.
- Experience: Managing multi-disciplinary teams, building partnerships, setting strategic directions, collaborating internationally, managing finances and human resources, leading R&D projects, providing strategic advice.
- Knowledge: Green Mining Innovation program, CanmetMINING priorities, Canadian Critical Mineral Strategy, Critical Minerals Research and Development, technology trends, policies, and regulations.
- Competencies: Vision, strategy, people mobilization, integrity, respect, collaboration, innovation promotion, change guidance, results achievement.

Operational Requirements- In-person presence at the Booth facilities at least 3 days a week.
