As a supervisor, you will be responsible forleading and managing a team of employees to ensure that they meet their goalsand objectives. You will oversee day-to-day operations and work with teammembers to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards. The Supervisorwill report to a manager or senior management and will be responsible formanaging and leading a team of non-union employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of non-union employees, ensuringthat they work efficiently and effectively to meet their goals andobjectives.
• Monitor the team's progress and performance, identifying areas forimprovement and implementing measures to address any issues or concerns.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance andproductivity.
• Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to therequired standard of quality.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them todevelop their skills and knowledge.
• Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders,providing regular updates on team performance and progress.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouragingteamwork and open communication.
• Manage and resolve conflicts and issues within the team.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuringthat all team members adhere to these standards.
• Ensure that approval of Timecards is completed daily.
