Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process. Communication between the front and back ends of the practice Assist the Practice Manager in training and developing new/current PCCs Delegate daily workflow, tasks, and assignments to other PCCs to ensure the team is working as one cohesive unit Fielding patient conflict, complaints, concerns and diverting to the practice manager as needed Ensure each day is scheduled to goal with limited open units of Dentists and/or hygiene production time Minimum 2-5 years of administration experience Team lead experience is an asset Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset Job applicants with a disability who require reasonable accommodation for any part of the application or hiring process can contact our Talent Team at 416-558-8338.
