One of our clients in Stratford ,ON is looking for a Maintenance Electrician for their facility.
Shift - Continental Night
Responsibilities
- Maintain the operational integrity of all facility equipment.
- Execute comprehensive building maintenance tasks, encompassing lighting, furniture, plumbing, etc.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues with CNC machinery.
- Undertake machine repair and installation duties, covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Service and repair small tools such as deburring tools and handheld equipment.
- Conduct regular routine maintenance on all machinery, including oil and coolant changes, machine cleaning, and filter replacements.
- Manage inventory of supplies, including oils, coolants, parts, and janitorial materials.
- Provide assistance to other departments upon request.
- Demonstrate proficiency in working with various machines and equipment, including all basic hand and power tools, basic test equipment, and within welding environments.
Qualifications
- Possess 10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferably hold certification as a 442A/309A Electrician.
- Millwrights often collaborate with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and production workers to ensure CNC machines meet production requirements and quality standards.
- Capable of troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Skilled in reading blueprints for electrical and mechanical systems.
