As a Sales Specialist, Operational Performance, you will be operationalizing the drive to acquisition sales within the B2B Enterprise Mid Market environment. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be a key player of the sales team accountable for prospecting new business relationships and deploying the vision and strategic roadmap for key customers. As a member of the Sales Operations team, you have a proven track record for translating a large organization's strategic plan and priorities into relevant, high impact, and effective solutions. Conduct regular territory optimization reviews with Senior Sales Managers to ensure strategic allocation of accounts by region, team and client executive. Support realignment of accounts and sales resources in accordance with changing business needs Own governance of account segmentation and re segmentation processes in partnership with Bell's cross functional teams Accountable for the growth & acquisition of Wireless & Wireline Services in a designated territory by supporting roll-out and implementation of post-sales activities. Help to create and execute detailed business plans designed to attain revenue targets and goals Support the unearthing of new sales opportunities through networking and other practices Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel Experience with Salesforce reporting and interface Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. Job Status: Regular - Full Time For work arrangements that are 'Hybrid', successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
