Responsibilities:
We are currently searching for a dynamic Sales Representative to join GDI Services Canada. This role is responsible for the generation of new business opportunities in the GTA. This is supported by the creation of compelling and strategic proposals, presentations and multiple client entry strategies. This is an independent contributor role. The position has an attractive fixed and variable compensation package based upon previous proven achievement and attainment of targets.

- Build strong relationships, listen intently, and utilize clear & transparent communication.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, trends, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Letters, emails, writing proposals, preparing presentations.
- Plans, directs and communicates strategy between internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- years' experience in an active hunter sales role with no limits on commissions.
- degree of resiliency and very entrepreneurial in approach.
- to adopt our proven sales model which provides the opportunity to leverage your sales acumen while being open and committed to learning a new go to market sales approach.
- in selling intangibles preferred.
- Sales Professional; sales process focused, relationship builder both internally and externally.
- logically with a common-sense approach.
- degree of personal accountability, integrity and assertiveness to manage the internal sale and deliver required outcomes.
- communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM applications.
- degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
