Position: Service Technician - Fork lifts
Region: Vaudreuil
Shift: Day, 8h30-16h
Industry: Heavy machinery
Salary: $40 to $45/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide technical solutions to support the dealer network regarding product warranty, service and repair.
- Provide technical training and respond to customer service calls.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts at the customer's plant.
- Act as a resource person during interventions for defective parts.
- Review and approve dealer warranty claims and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications
- DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics or a DEP in electromechanics or other relevant training.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the maintenance of forklifts
- We are looking for a person who loves challenges, open-minded and who is passionate about his work.
- Bilingual (French, English).
- Mandarin, a major asset
