We are looking for welcoming Hosts to enhance our front door team at Earls Financial District 150 King Street.
As a Host, you set the tone for every guest experience, from the first hello to the last goodbye. To put it simply, the restaurant wouldn't run smoothly without you!
As a Host, you will:
-Create and maintain the flow of the restaurant. Create and maintain the flow of guests into the restaurant to ensure our Culinary team and servers can deliver world class service.
-Work with technology to enhance the guest experience.
-Support the service team using guest interaction technologies including Uber, DoorDash,OpenTable and more.
-Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
-Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
Schedule Requirements:
-Must be available to start on May 22nd
-Must be able to work 3 shifts a week
-Night shifts can go until 2am

-A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
-A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
The ability to legally work in Canada.
