We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Product Manager, Growth, to join our Product team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive user growth, engagement, and retention through product features and optimizations. You will directly impact the visibility and effectiveness of Kijiji.ca, ensuring we meet our strategic objectives in a competitive online marketplace environment. You will have a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement growth strategies that increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization opportunities. Analyze data to identify growth levers and improve the user funnel.

Experimentation and Analysis: Lead a rigorous A/B testing program, including hypothesis generation, experiment design, and in-depth analysis of results. Use data analytics to inform decisions and iterate rapidly.

Cross-functional Leadership: Work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data Science teams to prioritize growth plans and guide product enhancements. Communicate with relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment.

User Insights: Develop an understanding of Kijiji's users and their needs through research, data analysis, and direct feedback. Translate these insights into relevant product improvements focused on growth.

Performance Monitoring: Report on key growth metrics, finding ways to improve them through product innovations and optimizations.

Market and Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in growth, applying learnings to Kijiji's strategy.

Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth in a consumer-facing digital product environment. Experience in classifieds, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.

Analytical Skills: Use data to make decisions and to guide product improvement.

Experimentation: Proven track record of executing A/B tests, running experiments, and leveraging data to drive decision-making.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Ability to articulate ideas and to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

User-Centric: Empathy for users and a commitment to exploring and understanding their needs and behaviors.
