Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Project Manager role at Efficient Plant Inc. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various manufacturing improvement projects for our clients. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, defining project objectives, creating project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring successful project execution. While the role is primarily based in Montreal, QC, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in expediting, inspection, and logistics management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
