On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Senior Project Manager to provide oversight and successful execution of project activities including stakeholder engagement, planning, resource management, funding facilitation and delivery assurance. This role requires broad experience managing enterprise change, and defining execution strategies that adhere to organizational objectives. Write business cases and project charters. • Accountable for project plan, scope, budget, risk, issue, and resource management. • Accountable for delivery of all in-scope project activities. • Develop and facilitate project governance process to support delivery. • Develop project strategy and approach for stakeholder review and decisions. • Liaise with vendor and manage vendor resources, where required, to support project delivery. • Lead and performance manage project resources. • Ensure projects align with standards and governance guidelines. • Facilitates client engagement, supporting appropriate planning and communications. • Manage procurement to meet project plans. Minimum 5 years working as a senior infrastructure project manager within an enterprise delivery organization. • Experience working in highly structured PMO environments desired. • Project Managers will be required to develop business cases and project charters. Successful candidates must have strong business writing skills. • Must have demonstrated experience leading and delivering enterprise level projects (5 years). • Excellent communication with Technical Leaders. • Demonstrated capability to work with Senior Management Team and Executives. • Hourly Rate: $100-$110 Per Hour.
