As our Service Coordinator, you will interact with andand support our service teambasedin the Okanagan and Northern, BC region. You are responsible for proactively organizing and scheduling work for our mobile field service technicians, driving profitable service revenue, and building strong relationships with our valued customers. Communicating with customers via telephone,email, and face-to face. Making proactive phone calls to schedule service work. Utilizing computer software andbusiness systems to schedule work andcreate service work orders. Reviewing service work orders and time sheets for accuracy prior to billing. Organizing and picking service parts for scheduled work. Shipping parts to customers. Receiving incoming shipments from trucks and couriers. Assisting withorganization and cleanliness of small shop/warehouse area. Collaborating with service team and other internal departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Previous experience with service coordination/service dispatching is preferred. Strong technical writing skills, with experience preparing technical sales quotations/proposals. Ability to prioritize and multi-task, in a fast paced, frequently changing,high-volume environment,while providing consistent high-quality work. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Comprehension of all technical information, equipment manuals, parts manuals, and maintenance schedules. Tech savvy with proficiency with Microsoft Office computer applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and associated business software. Ability to work at a computer station while sitting at desk for extended periods of time on a daily basis. Valid Driver's License with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI's in previous 5 years. This position is based out of our office located inKelowna, BC. #
