Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organization's ongoing operations and procedures. As the COO, you will be the company's second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision.
• Team Management and Development:
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Performance Metrics:
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
• Financial Management:
• Manage the company's financial and budgetary activities.
• Analyze financial reports, forecast future performance, and act to maximize return on investment.
• Stakeholder Relations:
• Assist CEO in fundraising ventures.
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.).
• Risk Management:
• Manage and mitigate risks to the company by identifying potential threats and creating strategies to prevent and manage them.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role.
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
