Are you passionate about water safety? Do you think learning to swim is a critical life skill? Does the flexibility to work around school and life or the opportunity to add summer hours sound good to you? As part of the Y team you will play an important role ensuring the safety of our pool patrons and/or teaching kids to swim!

Are you the right fit?

What else do you need?
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR C certification or Aquatic Emergency Care
- Ability to obtain YMCA Swim Instructor certification
- Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check
Lifeguard
- NL certification
Asset: LSI (Lifesaving Instructor)
- Bronze Cross or Higher
- YMCA Swim (YSI) or Swim For Life Instructor (SFL)
Asset: L SI ( Lifesaving Instructor)
