PLEASE NOTE: The Lounge is based out of Missisauga (closer to the Pearson airport) and shifts start later during evenings and might go until 2.We are over 5000 sq ft of space with new state-of-the-art lighting and are aiming to provide patrons with enjoying Comfort Fusion Cuisine and bar/drinks. We are a high-volume bar with a 115 seating capacity and license to serve 170+ people. We're looking for hardworking individual with a passion for drinks and hospitality to fill in lead bartender position the newly renovated lounge. The job entitles knowledge of basic bar techniques and classic drinks, following the bar program's recipes and guidelines, preparing syrups and garnishes, batching, and setting up the bar station properly every shift.
