Reporting to the Shop Manager, the Mechanic (310T) , will be responsible for servicing/repairing trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, etc. They will accurately fill out service orders & ensure accurate accounts of parts used while contributing to the overall success of the shop team as well as servicing the entire RSG International fleet. General Housekeeping 3+ years' experience as a 310T mechanic, working in a fleet management or transportation environment. Licensed 310T (Truck and Coach) Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other automotive systems. Welding and fabrication skills with the ability to perform repairs and modifications as needed. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting vehicle and equipment issues. Ability to work in an "on-call" and "off-site" capacity on occasion. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
