Project Administrator & Customer Service Representative

Project Administrator & Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Administrator & Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Maintain project documentation, such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring deadlines and milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- Familiarity with building materials (drywall, steel stud, insulation)
- Experience in project administration and customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
