JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Divisional Director of Business Development, this position will be responsible for leading and facilitating the growth of Bayshore Healthcare's Specialty Rx Division across Canada. The primary focus will involve establishing and nurturing robust partnerships with pharmaceutical companies in Canada to cultivate a sustainable revenue pipeline. Manage the operational functions of local business teams located in Ontario.Identify and assess potential business development opportunities, translating them into profitable revenue streams.Demonstrate proficiency in coordinating and managing MSA amendments to streamline contract processes.Proficiency in understanding Canadian healthcare reimbursement trends, encompassing both public and private sectors, particularly for oncology products.Comprehensive experience and understanding of regulatory processes and market access strategies.In-depth knowledge of specialty generic, branded medications, and biosimilar sales and marketing practices.Strong ability to manage deadlines effectively and deliver results.Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with a proactive approach to applying acquired knowledge to tasks and projects.Meticulous attention to detail, especially in directing, editing, proofing, and writing RFPs.Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
