We are looking to hire the right person to join an amazing team as a full time Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist. As a Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist you will be responsible for providing courteous, accurate and timely responses to incoming inquiries. Are you passionate about helping people? If you answered yes to these questions, then we are looking for you to join a dynamic team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist - Full time, Permanent opportunity. Monday - Friday- 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work 8 hours during that time) Hybrid - 1 day in Office, 4 days from home Full time hours -Paid 20 days training program, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship -Pension plan -Bonus plan based on your individual performance -Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist includes (but are not limited to): -Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion -Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service -Excellent English and French communication skills -Must have Microsoft Office skills and an ability to learn multiple computer systems both Windows based and other -Strong computer/multitasking skills -Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required [email protected] Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
