Corteva Agriscience is seeking a talented and committed Sales Support Coordinator . At Corteva, you will help us grow what's next. The Sales Support Specialist will ensure exemplary customer service and support is provided to sales representatives, and field sales employees. Serve as a systems expert and process owner ensuring effective implementation and execution of all Sales Support processes for assigned territories. This position will be virtual/home office. Provide direction and communication to sales representatives and field sales staff for guidelines and deadlines. Maintain expert knowledge of systems and serve as an expert contact for specific needs related to Sales Support processes to ensure a high level of customer service and productivity. Respond timely and courteously to all inquiries from the field regarding supply chain processes. Facilitate and co-ordinate two-way communication with Field Sales Team and Sales Reps through inbound/outbound calls and email/text. Support and manage through segmented supply the allocations, cuts, substitutions and requests for all product lines at the package and treatment level. Co-ordinate and facilitate shipping through open communication of all product lines according to the targets. Support and manage all functions, including and not limited to compliance, credit and financing, invoicing, commissions, program support, settlements and administration. Collect, review, verify accurate data and timeliness. Maintain expert knowledge of systems, Sales Support processes, to ensure a high level of customer service and productivity. Two- three (2-3) years related experience in agriculture, sales, customer service, accounting, bookkeeping, credit administration, etc. Strong customer service experience. Ability to learn the seed and crop protection business as it relates to the support of the Sales Team. PC experience with basic skills in different software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP). Demonstrated ability to prepare standard business correspondence and communicate policies and procedures in a positive manner. Strong communication skills (including telephone, e-mail and presentations skills) and ability to communicate accurate information with diverse groups of people.
